Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are now requiring that all conventional loans filed on or after March 1, 2023, include a Supplement Consumer Information Form (SCIF).
The SCIF is a document filled out by the borrower, and its purpose is to help lenders collect language preference information essential for homeownership education and housing counseling.
At LenderHomePage, staying ahead of compliance updates is of utmost importance.
As such, our clients can be confident that applications completed through Loanzify already meet the new SCIF requirements. Please contact your Senior Account Executive should you have further questions.
